Which accounts can I connect?
PostAirport works with Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator). You connect them securely with Instagram Login — no Facebook Page required. Each connected account becomes its own terminal with its own queue and analytics.
How does publishing to Instagram work?
You schedule a Reel with a video, caption and cover. At its departure time, PostAirport uploads the media and publishes it to Instagram on your behalf through the official Instagram API. We respect Instagram's publishing limits and never post anything you didn't schedule.
What analytics do I get?
The Control Tower shows account and per-Reel insights — views, reach, watch time, and engagement — pulled from Instagram for the accounts you connect. The data is shown to you, the account owner, only. We never resell or repurpose it.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never logged in cleartext, all traffic runs over TLS, and every account's data is kept strictly separate. Uploaded videos are staged only long enough to publish, then deleted. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel or delete my data anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. You can disconnect any account in-app, or request full deletion of your data from the data deletion page or by emailing privacy@postairport.com.
